To be considered for admission, candidates must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree;
• Provide evidence of excellent command of the English language;
• GMAT tests are optional unless required by the Academic Committee: in any case, a score of 515 or above (GRE >155) can strengthen your application and help you secure a scholarship.

The MSc in Management prepares young graduates and junior professionals, whether from business or non-business backgrounds, for a successful entry into the world of business. This general management program equips you with an up-to-date, balanced, and internationally competitive curriculum, built around the disciplines that define today's business landscape—Business Analytics, Digital Business Strategies, Sustainability, and Business Ethics & CSR.

What makes the program truly your own is the choice of specialization stream. You can shape your degree through one of four distinct pathways: General Management, for a broad, well-rounded managerial foundation; International Business, focused on cross-border strategy, foreign-market entry, and export management; Entrepreneurship, for those who want to build, launch, and grow their own venture; and Energy Management, addressing the markets, geopolitics, and strategy shaping one of the most critical sectors of the modern economy.

Learning at Alba is action-driven. Through business simulations, field consulting projects, and real-life case analysis, you connect classroom models with everyday business practice. A capstone experience—an MSc Thesis, a New Venture Project, or Career Development through an internship or professional development track—lets you apply everything you have learned in a setting that matches your goals. Program Structure
The MSc in Management features weekday evening classes and can be completed in 12 months (Full Time) or 24 months (Part Time). You tailor your studies through your chosen stream—General Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or Energy Management—and complete the program with an MSc Thesis, a New Venture Project, or a Career Development track (internship or professional development for working students).
